OPERATIONS ADMIN



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Operations Admin

to support our daily operational and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative and operational duties Prepare reports, documents, and operational records Maintain proper filing, data entry, and documentation Coordinate with internal departments and external parties Support overall company operations to ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma (Administration or related field preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Good organizational and time-management skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills Prior experience as an Operations Admin is an advantage
(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Working Hours:


Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
