Job Description
Job Summary: To lead section based on daily job task to ensure food quality, production, presentation, ordering, supplier and few more aspects under Executive Chef direction. Also have to work together on staff managing and kitchen paperworks to support kitchen department in overall operation. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues - recognize good performance
- Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive \xe2\x80\x93 connect departments to create sense of one team
- Encourage guest feedback to improve guest satisfaction
- Answer guest questions about dishes and kitchen services
- Degree or certificate in culinary arts
- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a chef de partie
- Must speak local language(s)
- At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
