Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Job Responsibilities Responsible to achieve individual sales target as well as company and/or property development\'s sales target. Develop and promote property through marketing initiatives and to support lead and sales generation. Build and develop strategic business relationships and partnering with consultants, clients, related agencies, and other channels. Conduct sales and marketing presentation, briefing and training. Monitor sales process including following up with agencies, lawyers, sales admin and any relevant parties to ensure smooth flow of sales, conversion, billing and collection process. Attend to all sales enquires and ensure great customer experience. Evaluate the current market characteristics, formulate marketing strategies including the feasibility study and analysis for potential development. Assist manager in coordinating and executing sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target. Conduct relevant research and trend analysis to ensure market competitiveness. Carry out sales and marketing tasks to achieve the company target and specified KPl\'s. Preparation of sales reports and any other reports required by the management. To travel outstation and overseas to support sales event when required. Prepare and update marketing materials and sales kit from time to time. Duty on Company\'s newly launches, property road shows, exhibition and sales gallery when needed. To assist client on loan application and end-financiers. Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required. Requirement -Diploma / Degree holders in any field. - A target driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue. -Must have proven track record in previous employments. - Good property knowledge and an acute sense of the market trend. - Excellent interpersonal, attitude, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills. -Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work. - Willing to travel and work on weekends as well as public holidays. -Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude. - Johor team based in Johor Bahru, regular travel to Singapore for sales task and activities. - Able to start work immediately would be added advantage. - Proficient in various social media platform, designing and marketing tools -Willing to travel and work on weekends as well as public holidays.
