Job Description

Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. Keep clients informed about new IT solutions, updates, and enhancements.

Data Analysis:

Analyse data to identify growth opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations accordingly.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist in managing schedules and appointments. Price inquiries to the principals and distributors. Price negotiations with principals and distributors. Coordinate and propose marketing ideas with the marketing team.

Qualifications:



Diploma in IT, business, marketing, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Proficient in using designer tools such as Figma, Canva, AutoCad, Visio or equivalent. Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience of the applied role.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
