Monitor and analyze outlet sales, food cost, labour cost, and operational KPIs.
Ensure each outlet meets monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Review and guide Outlet Managers to drive profitability and control wastage.

People Leadership & Staffing
Supervise, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and their teams.
Support in recruitment, onboarding, and performance review of outlet staff.
Address and resolve HR-related matters such as absenteeism, discipline, and staff morale.
3.
Operational Excellence
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure SOP, food hygiene (HACCP), service quality, and safety standards are met.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to resolve any operational issues.
4.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and provide on-the-ground coaching.
Ensure new menus, promotions, and systems are implemented correctly.
5.
Inventory & Cost Control
Audit stock usage and inventory levels at outlets to minimize wastage and pilferage.
Approve and monitor ordering, stock transfers, and stock take accuracy.
6.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
Communicate key updates and policy changes to outlet teams clearly and promptly.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
