Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

Assist in the smooth operation of the bar counter with guidance from senior staff.

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards.

Order Management:

Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Cleanliness:

Keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to senior staff.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Customer Feedback:

Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Previous work experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Basic Barista Skills:

Familiarity with basic barista skills and techniques.

Flexibility:

Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members.

Team Player:

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude, contributing positively to a dynamic team environment.

Health and Safety Knowledge:

Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and best practices.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
