ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a Junior Payments BD to help us to improve Xsolla payment landscape and value proposition in SEA markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the specifics and requirements of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s core product
• Ensure effective communications with prospect payment providers
• Manage prospects\' business cards in CRM
• Negotiate contractual terms and technical set-up principles to ensure high-performing UX
• Manage contract negotiations, technical integration, and launch of the prospect providers with internal departments
• Control revenue and conversion rate performance of newly launched payment channels, define optimization plans to ensure better performance

OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED

• Assisting in managing other Payments product-related development projects
• Work on other tasks covering the product demands, including but not limited to specific market research, acquiring new payment providers/vendors, managing business-related opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Economics, or similar field
• 2 + years professional experience
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or business development manager or account manager
• Required English level: advanced (oral and writing skills)
• Business communication skills
• Ability to verbalize the tasks clearly and set priorities
• Communicative skills, analytical and proactive thinking
• Organisational & problem-solving skills
