Job description 1. To prepare taking off, Bill of Quantity (BQ), breakdown cost, pricing BQ and prepare budget cost. 2. To source, prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts. 3. To prepare Letter of Award, Work Order and Variation Order. 4. To prepare monthly interim certificate to main contractor or sub-contractor. 5. To prepare and submit progress claim to Architect / Engineer. 6. To continuously sourcing for new suppliers and contractors for the better term and services. 7. To liaise and follow up with consultant for drawings / specification / documents. 8. To attend site measurement. Job Requirement : 1. Diploma In Construction Management or equivalent in a related field. 2. Travelling from office to various sites as required. 3. Preferably at least 1 - 3year working experience in the related field. 4. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
