Job Description
:
- Tender and contract review
- Prepare and monitor project budget for cost control purposes
- Progress claim and payment collections
- Work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission.
- Perform taking off quantities from drawings of buildings or bridges
- Assist tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Sciences or Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar capacity, preferably in buildings or bridges construction
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and adaptable to dynamic environments
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
