We're Hiring: Junior Customer Experience
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (WFH with rotational shifts)

What You'll Do
- Respond and follow up on customer inquiries through live chat and email.
- Provide product information clearly and accurately.
- Gather customer feedback and share suggestions for service improvement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- SPM or above.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service (any industry).
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in G Suite & MS Office.
- Own PC/laptop (8GB RAM+, Intel i5/Ryzen 5+, 80Mbps internet).
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Working Arrangement
- WFH with rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night - new joiners won't be assigned night shifts initially).
- 5 working days per week (rest days scheduled by manager).
What We Offer
- Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500
- Night shift allowance: RM500
- Performance incentives: up to RM2,000/quarter
- Performance bonus: up to 6 months (Individual + Company)
- Year-end bonus: 1 month
- Insurance (Medical & Dental): RM700/year
- Long service reward: RM20,000 housing allowance (after 5 years)
