Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are looking for a Junior Developer (L2, 3-5 years) to join the L3 Support team for Core Banking - Silverlake. The role will involve managing production issues and incidents in the Silverlake Core Banking application, particularly in areas such as BWCIF, RBK (Deposit), Loans, Collateral, NPL, Cash & Payment, and ATM. The candidate should have strong expertise in RPG and COBOL on the AS400 platform and DB2 database. The primary focus will be on problem management and resolving production tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve production problems and incidents in Silverlake Core Banking applications (BWCIF, RBK, Loans, Collateral, NPL, ATM, etc.).
Work on production problem tickets and provide solutions for issues in Silverlake modules.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents in RPG and COBOL.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and minimize downtime.Must-Have Skills:Strong proficiency in RPG and COBOL programming for AS400.Experience in production problem management and incident resolution.Knowledge of Silverlake Core Banking systems, specifically BWCIF, RBK, Loans, Collateral, NPL, Cash & Payment, and ATM.Strong experience with AS400 and DB2.Good-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with problem management processes in core banking applications.Knowledge of DevOps or ALDON tools for deployment automation is a plus.Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in Core Banking L3 Support with expertise in Silverlake.Strong background in RPG and COBOL development on AS400 platforms.About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the worlds leading organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance services creating tangible value at speed and scale.
