JOB PURPOSE Responsible on all kiosk staffs are all working towards the target set for them and excellent customer service standards are met at all times. He / she also promote and sell products to pharmacy outlets. He / she is carrying out his / her responsibilities by performing the following duties. JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. To manage and motivate kiosk and branch staffs to increase sales and ensure efficiency. 2. To manage stock levels and to make decisions about stock control. 3. To analyse sales figures and to forecast future sales. 4. To analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning for campaign and promotion. 5. To record sales figures, for data analysis and forward staffs and marketing planning. 6. To deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews. 7. To organise and conduct trainings on product and customer service. 8. To response to customer complaints and comments. 9. To organise special promotions, displays and events. 10. To prepare reports and to update on sales and business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. 11. To maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. 12. To facilitate Master Distributor in implementing operational strategies to meet target. 13. To assist in recruitment in expanding healin business network. 14. To ensure Master Distributor is compliant to policies of HBN. 15. Pharmacies \xe2\x80\xa2 Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Order \xe2\x80\xa2 Payment 16. Assist on other ad-hoc assignments by superior from time to time. REQUIREMENTS 1. Willing to travel 2. Good communication skills 3. Leadership, good team work and less supervision 4. Can work on rest day 5. Honest and integrity
