Job Description


\xe2\x96\xaa Assist in preparing annual Financial Statements for Board Committee, Board
meetings, auditors and submission to related authorities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Assist in the annual budgeting and cash flow process, including specific
project or event budget .

  • Internal and financial risk management control, Company Secretarial and
Administrative
\xe2\x96\xaa Assist in reviewing and performing risk assessment, maintain accounting
controls and ensure good internal control for the purpose of developing
policies and procedures.
\xe2\x96\xaa Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills related to financial security,
regulations/legislations as required by the federal, state, and local financial
legal requirements, the IRBM and as per Companies Commission
Of Malaysia for CLBG (Company Limited by Guarantee).
\xe2\x96\xaa Provides administrative support:
- Preparing and routing contracts and agreements for review, renewal and
approval.
- Manage and organise Board Committee, Board of Trustees and Annual
General Meetings .
- Handles, maintain dan keep records of donations received, payments,
disbursements and claims; and ensure issuance of receipts in a timely
manner.
- Compile and maintain donors\' and beneficiary\'s information and records
- Maintain updated list of assets, stock and inventories.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent in
related studies.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed or those with at least 2 years\' experience in
Accounting or Accounting related field and general office administration.
  • Good planning and organisational skills and able to manage a heavy and varied
workload.
  • Good report writing, communication and writing skills in both Bahasa Melayu and
English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and have interest in contact with a range of people .
  • Able to provide good judgment and work in a challenging environment with tight
deadline.
  • Independent, analytical and creative yet meticulous.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in using ABSS Accounting Software (Previously known as MYOB).
