Assess and process applications for patient assistance funding: liaise with patients,
family members and stakeholders
Assess and process applications for research and clinical studies grant and
educational and training grant
Track and monitor budgets, progress updates, outcomes and timelines
Provides administrative support:
- Prepare and compile related documentation - Organise meetings and follow up action to be taken - Manage, monitor and handles grant/funding utilization and request for payments and disbursements - Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence independently - Ensuring up-to-date record of progress update and track reports
Compile information and create information / presentations that can be used in a
variety of settings to convey key project information to stakeholders (internal and external) and for publicity and social impact purposes
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcomed or those with at least 2 - 3 years working
experience preferably in Customer Service / Administration / Management.
Good planning and organisational skills and able to manage a heavy and varied
workload
Good communication and writing skill in both Bahasa Melayu and English
Good interpersonal skills, have interest in contact with a range of people and build
good working relationship with stakeholders
Able to provide good judgment and work in a challenging environment with tight
deadline
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
