Assist in monthly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy and ensure timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policies
Familiar with local labour regulations
To assist and liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax as well as HRDF.
Responsible for tracking and updating the employee data in Attendance & Leave Management (MC, Annual Leave,, emergency, and etc.)
Assist in to update monthly claims reimbursement for all staff
Assist in ensuring that all timekeeping concerns are attended on time
Maintain Employees\' Personal Files & Record employee information such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
To support the department in daily functions of HR and administration duties, on-going HR projects and initiatives.
Other related tasks assigned by immediate superior (as and when needed)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience encouraged to apply.
Good analytical and communication skills
Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of HR processes and is familiar with current employment rules and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll system is a must.
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport and willing to travel
