Job summary Junior Executive Trainee (JET) gives entry level graduates an opportunity to launch their career in the exciting Market Expansion Services industry. We offer experiential learning opportunities, rotations across various departments and functions, challenging projects and interactions with the Healthcare business unit leadership team. The 12-month structured program will see successful candidates being rotated within key functions of the business such as Business Support, Client and Customer Service, Client Management, Consignment Inventory Management, Customer Account Management, Field Sales, Product Management and Trade Marketing. General Responsibilitie s Coordinate wide variety of challenging assignments in the Business Unit Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of the assigned department Work closely with sales and marketing teams to strategically plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Work on multiple short and long-term functional assignments to gain breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company Assist in department\'s administrative duties with internal and external stakeholders Manage project and coordinate ad-hoc assignments delegated by superior or mentor Drive and manage learning and development in general administration and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning Drive self-learning and contribute to improvement in the overall sales and marketing performance Do you have what it takes CGPA: Min. 3.2 and above or 2nd class upper equivalent Bachelor\'s Degree in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Genetics, Health Science, Medical Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration. Fresh graduate with less than two years working experience Driven in sales and marketing Strong leadership qualities and a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (knowledge in other languages is an added advantage) Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate ability in analyzing data and understanding business implications Able to produce graphical representations of analytical data for presentations Demonstrate analytical skill and attention to detail Geographically mobile and open for relocation Program will be commencing on October 2023 on one year contract. The candidate will be absorbed subject to performance / according to headcount needed at the respective unit. Allowance: RM 2,800 per month with other parking and medical claim benefits.
