Job Description
Key responsibilities
Preventative maintenance:
Performing scheduled inspections, servicing equipment, and conducting routine tasks to prevent future issues.Repair:
Responding to and fixing problems with building systems and equipment as they arise.Building systems:
Maintaining and repairing essential systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.Safety and security:
Monitoring safety systems, such as fire and carbon monoxide detectors, and implementing pest control measures.General upkeep:
Handling a variety of tasks like landscaping, painting, and general repairs to keep the facility in good condition.Inspections:
Regularly inspecting the facility to identify potential issues and hazards.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
