Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are welcome! Guidance will be given.
Awareness of highly confidential information, good communication skills, willingness to learn and enjoy exploring in HR field.
Responsibilities
To participate in full spectrum of the recruitment and hiring process including first screening resumes via job portal (Linkedin / Jobstreet etc), resume verification by asking frequent questions to applicants, interview arrangements, follow up with applicants after interview, offer letter preparation etc.
To reach out to passive candidates and call them for company job opportunities.
To assist in payroll administration such as OT checking/leave application/letter drafting/exit procedure when necessary and filling to ensure employee profile on track.
To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Any ad-hoc duties from HR Department when they arise.
