Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Ability to handle complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Experience in coordinating and conducting training programs
Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and staff claims.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
