Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.

  • Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
  • Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
  • Staff off-boarding procedure such as staff exit procedure, re-direct of company email etc.
  • Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
  • Maintains human resource information records and compiles reports.
  • Responsible in administrative matters.
  • Review and update the organization charts, photo charts and function charts.
  • Coordinate in HR events - birthday lunch, family days, annual dinner.
  • Experienced in HRDC and ISO is an advantage.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
