- Assist in managing employee performance evaluations and feedback
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting employee training and development programs
- Handle employee queries and provide information on HR policies and practices
- Assist in managing employee benefits and welfare programs
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining a positive and healthy work environment
