JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Assist recruitment of new employees, including job advertisements, resume screening, and interviews.
Assist in prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related documents.
Maintain employee personal files and ensure all documents are complete and up to date.
Handle staff training and development activities.
Track probation end dates to ensure timely confirmation, extension, or termination decisions are made
