Job Description
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/ Architecture.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin proficiency being optional.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for transportation.
- Independent and responsible work ethic.
- High level of integrity and passion for design.
- A sense of humor and an eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A value-driven personality.
- Strong in conceptual and color scheme
- Working location in Petaling Jaya
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, 3dsMax (Vray), Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in interior design consultancy projects including corporate offices, warehouse, residential, F&B.
- Proficient in executing the full spectrum of interior design tasks, including schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and contract implementation.
- Capable of managing project sites and effectively communicating with contractors and suppliers.
- Knowledgeable about interior design joinery details and costing for basic finishes.
