Job Description

Responsibilities:



Technical Support : Provide first-line support (phone, email, in-person) for hardware, software, and network issues for all staff. System Maintenance: Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. User Management: Create/manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. IT Asset Management: Monitor, maintain, and manage IT inventory and assets. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and user guides. Project Support: Assist senior IT staff with project rollouts, system upgrades, and new implementations. Security: Support basic security protocols and compliance. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for support or procurement.

Requirements:



Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), MS Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork. Attributes: Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
