Job Description

The appointed individual will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of IT systems, providing user support, maintaining IT infrastructure (hardware & software), and implementing small-scale projects related to system improvements. The candidate must possess basic technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Main Responsibilities

Provide IT support to users (1st-level troubleshooting). Install, configure, and maintain computer devices, networks, and software. Monitor systems and report technical issues to relevant parties. Update IT asset inventory and technical documentation. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system improvements. Comply with organizational security policies and standard procedures.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. (Candidates with relevant experience but without formal academic qualifications may also be considered, depending on company policy.)

Experience

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Windows, macOS and UNIX operating systems. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and user support tools (e.g., remote desktop tools). Basic understanding of networking & hardware/software troubleshooting. Bonus: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices or Cloud.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (verbal & written). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Others

Own transportation & valid driving license (if IT support includes visits to branches/other locations). Willing to perform on-call duties or after-hours support (if required -- can be specified according to company needs).
