Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science.Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot issues (L1 and L2). Working experience with Windows, Redhat Linux/ Centos Operating Systems. Working experience with database operations, daily backups. Working experience using Windows Powershell scripts. Working experience using any Helpdesk system. Working experience in patching, system upgrades using SCCM or InTunes. Working experience in configuration, troubleshooting of networks/ communications devices such as routers, switches and Firewalls. Knowledge in network protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle Clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor Global/ Domestic Network performance to meet Service Level expectations. Support local and global users via ticketing system. Perform administration and support activities. Drive to problem resolution and search for root causes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Participate in on call process as required. Communicate frequently with internal/external teams via Phone/ E-mail (e.g. Fault reporting, notification and escalation). Remote monitoring of system environments, capacity and availability of the servers. Routine maintenance and inspection of servers and network equipment. Support development team in Projects, Perform installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Maintenance, etc. To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.
