Position:Junior Middleware Administrator (WAS/Weblogic Admin/MQ) Responsibilities: Seeking Middleware Administrator with good technical knowledge in IBM WebSphere Application Server/Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere MQ and Red Hat OCP Responsibilities include ongoing support and administration of web base applications, providing technical assistance and consulting to end-users and application developers, developing and maintaining tools for managing the server infrastructure and troubleshooting high-profile performance issues utilizing root-cause analysis and implement appropriate plan for problem resolution. The candidate must be able to work as a member of the support team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations. Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance of a critical web base applications Collaborate in assessing current and expected application needs, configuration, maintenance, optimization and documentation. Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined Change Management process. Assist with implementing solutions for web base applications; Implement common preventive maintenance practices for web applications and ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented correctly and completely, and monitor all effects of the modifications. Administrator in Middleware software such as IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle WebLogic Server, IBM MQ, Red Hat OCP Apply Middleware software patches and maintain at least N-2 patch version Manage and renew SSL certificates. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (IBM WAS), IBM MQ, Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBOSS and webservices such as Apache. Knowledge of, and/or hands-on experience with Red Hat OCP would be added advantage Knowledge in SSL cert generation and installation Good knowledge in Unix command Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills and problem identification.
