OPERATION EXECUTIVE - SETIA ALAM

Responsibilities;

Performing technical site survey for identifying the suitable candidates. Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications poles/towers/sites installations. Oversee specific leasing operations and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follow agreed-upon timelines. Assist or oversee completion permit applications for submission to authority and coordinate the process. Assist the management in tracking and reporting site acquisition self-perform revenue/market credit and preparation of client billing.

General Requirement:

Entry level-fresh grad are welcome to apply. Strong interest in learning the world of site acquisition specifically in telecommunication industries. Strong interpersonal skills Has a driving license and own transportation. Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
