Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Subang Jaya for a Junior Operations Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, assisting with the implementation of financial controls, and contributing to customer service strategies. The Junior Operations Analyst will collaborate with various teams to enhance performance and ensure seamless logistics operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate operational processes and improve efficiencies Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with teams, stakeholders, and clients Knowledge of finance and accounting to support financial controls and reporting Customer service expertise to contribute to delivering exceptional service experiences Proficiency in logistics or operations tools and systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field Highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
