Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be actively involved in project implementation, on-site installation, testng and commissioning of equipment, and providing technical support to our customers. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for the project team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

Assist in executing engineering projects, including on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of machines and systems. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Liaise effectively between customers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare progress reports and installation completion reports for internal and customer review.

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues during and after commissioning. Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Customer Training

Deliver hands-on training sessions for customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Develop, update, and provide training materials, user guides, and documentation.

Customer Communication

Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is accurately conveyed and incorporated into project improvements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
