Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities, including preparing and processing related documents.
Liaise with suppliers to request quotations, check stock availability, and follow up on order and delivery statuses.
Track delivery schedules.
Support basic supplier research and simple price comparison tasks when assigned.
Help monitor inventory levels when required.
Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, emailing, data entry, and maintaining purchase records.
Provide additional support for any other duties related to purchasing operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related discipline.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong attention to detail, organised, and willing to take initiative.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
