About the role

Join CID Malaysia as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in our Petaling Jaya office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services to our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Preparing bills of quantities and other pre-contract documentation Measuring and valuing works during the construction phase Analysing tender submissions and subcontractor quotations Monitoring project costs and preparing progress payment applications Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Assisting with the administration of construction contracts Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

What we're looking for

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar 0-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying role Prefer with experience in Interior Design & Build Company Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and project teams Proficient in using construction cost estimation software and MS Office applications Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Enthusiastic, adaptable and keen to learn

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
