Assist in preparation in BQ, cost estimates and tender documents.
Assist in preparation and verification of progress claim from subcontractors and supplier.
Assist in monitoring project budget.
Assist in senior team member in day to day QS functions to gain hand on experience.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor and equivalent .
Minimum 1 years' experience in Construction
Fundamental knowledge in QS.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Willing to travel to Johor when required.
Good to Have:
Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
Understanding of project management principles
Knowledge of industry procurement processes
Existing network of industry contacts
