Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Have at the minimum a Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognized institution
At least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
Shall be able to prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to a standard method of measurement, the establishment of rates from first principle (labour/ plant/ materials)
Shall possess excellent communication and supervisory skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
