Job Description

Conduct product development ensuring formulations meet the customer and company's requirements. Participate in the prompt investigation of customer comments/complaints and follow up that effective actions are implemented. Work closely with Sale & Marketing team to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical support / marketing materials to Sales & Marketing and assist Production team in troubleshooting. Conduct stability testing ( product and packaging stability studies ) and maintain accurate records of formulations, tests, and Compile and support certain regulatory aspects. Interact with R&D, raw materials vendors, equipment vendors, packaging vendor for seamless launch and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and to enhance product quality and performance. Strong knowledge in latest market trends in personal and skin care cosmetic field would be an added advantage. Hands on creation and development of a wide range of new personal care products including skin, hair, and body. Operational knowledge of GMP & standard laboratory equipment Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS :

Degree in Chemistry or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment (R&D experience is a must). Candidates should be meticulous, initiative, independent, resourceful and decisive. Leadership and problem solving skills will be a bonus. Proficient with MS Office. Good discipline, willing to learn and able to communicate with all level Able to see through entire project, from concept to finished. Able to start work on short notice will be a bonus
