As a Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our company's growth, dedicated to finding and attracting the best talent to join our mission. In this crucial role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and act as a brand ambassador for Revolab, shaping the future of our team one hire at a time.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates using various tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience:
Champion a positive, professional, and compassionate experience for every candidate, ensuring they are well-informed and respected throughout the process.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Onboarding:
Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies

General Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
A genuine passion for recruitment and connecting people with great opportunities.
Experience and Skills
1 to 2 years of experience
in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within the tech industry or a startup environment.
Recruitment Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different functions.
Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling job descriptions and candidate communications.
A solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Work Environment
This is an office-based position in Kuala Lumpur, with a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you'll be able to directly interact with every member of our growing team.
Reporting
This position reports directly to the Admin & HR Lead.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
