DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure all visitors, vendors and contractors allowed to Datasonic PJ223 are courteously received and register. 2. Ensure all visitor conduct the registration process accordingly. 3. Direct all visitors to the correct floor / office. 4. Ensure strict security work instructions are followed at all times in handling allowing visitor, vendors or contractors to enter the building. 5. To alert supervisor / control room to observe suspicious behavior of any visitors whose do not appointment and no have requested from staff host. Ensure to invest the individual outside the building. 6. Report to supervisor if any persons register do not leave the building when office they visited is closed. 7. Maintain guard house log book and checklist equipment on an hourly basis. 8. To maintain and record (visitor management tracking / visitor log book / memo book / key book / dsd data) update on daily basis. 9. Always inform to control room for monitoring and action required. 10. Ensure security to be prepared to take responsibility to accompany the production staff including visitors, vendors or contractors to the production area. 11. Conduct body search to staff / visitors / contractors / vips shall be done with body search before entering production area based on security control procedure". REQUIREMENTS 1. Candidate must possess at least a primary or secondary school or SPM level any field. 2. At least 2 year of working experience are advantage and without experience are encourage to apply. 3. Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Security / Armed Forces / Protective Services or equivalent. 4. Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya Selangor. 5. Able to work on shift and overtime. 6. Need to be healthy and fit to work as security personnel. BENEFITS INCLUDES 1. On time salary (every 26th of every month) 2. Panel Clinic 3.
