Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with OS installation and configuration (Windows/macOS).
2. User Assistance
Provide guidance on software usage and basic IT policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or specialized teams.
3. System Maintenance
Perform routine checks on hardware and software.
Apply patches and updates under supervision.
4. Network & Connectivity
Assist in diagnosing basic network connectivity issues.
Support VPN and remote access setup.
5. Documentation
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Update knowledge base articles for common issues.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with senior engineers and IT teams on projects.
Participate in deployments and migrations as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Basic technical knowledge of:
Windows and macOS environments
Active Directory and user management
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Putrajaya
Able to work in Shift working hours.
