Your Role

As a Junior Web Developer, you will play a vital part in the design and development of high-quality, responsive WordPress websites. Your primary responsibilities will include translating Figma mockups into functional sites, maintaining and optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with senior developers and designers to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
Assist in designing and implementing Figma-based layouts with meticulous attention to UI/UX details.
Support maintenance tasks, including bug fixes, plugin updates, and performance optimization.
Ensure websites adhere to speed, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to align with project timelines and creative goals.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency with Elementor Pro, HTML, CSS.
Familiarity with Figma, responsive design, and mobile optimization.
Understanding of on-page SEO and page speed optimization.
Strong eye for detail and eagerness to learn advanced web design practices.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus)
Experience with WooCommerce/Shopify setup and customization.
Basic knowledge of automation using Make, Zapier, N8N.
