Scope of Work:
As a Junior Web Developer, you will support the development team in building, updating, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Build custom WordPress websites using Elementor and custom layouts.
Develop and style web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.
Integrate and configure plugins such as Elementor Pro, RankMath SEO, and WooCommerce.
Perform routine website maintenance, updates, backups, and bug fixes.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot layout or functionality issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with the team on timelines, priorities, and delivery milestones.
Requirements:Experience:
2 years of practical experience in WordPress web development.
Demonstrated ability to build websites using Elementor without relying on templates.
Hands-on experience managing plugin configurations and basic website optimization.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in WordPress CMS and Elementor Pro.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
Familiar with SEO basics and on-page optimization (e.g., RankMath).
Understanding of website performance improvements (e.g., caching, image compression).
Familiar with website responsiveness and UX fundamentals.
