Job Description


Job Responsibility To prepare and amintain full sets of monthly management accounts including all the necessary supporting schedules. To prepare monthly financial review and variance analysis for monthly management meetings/ ad hoc meetings. To coordinate day-to-day financial activities ensure of fiance realted SOPs To Prepare and ensure completeness of the recording of all accounting entries To Check bank reconciliation and all reconciliations are prepared on timely basis and to report on any discrepancies. To perform treasury function, cash flow management includes preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and monitoring daily bank balances & funds Assist in budgeting and budgetary control process To liaise with external auditor, tax agent, solicitor, banker, company secreary and other professionals on financial related matters. To collect, analyze and process date into useful information to support decision making process. To continuously improve the existing report to cater for the changing business requirement Job Requirements Degree in Accounting/ Professional Cert or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in accounts division of companies within retain and logistic Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skill Expert in Microsoft office.
