The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Dubai. Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include Walch*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY). We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Executive who has experience of prospecting and developing strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate is an independent, dynamic and well-organized individual. Strategic Thinking and Executional Delivery Network with key stakeholders to develop the sales plan and execution model Develop strategies in partnership with counter-parts to deliver modern trade (MT) sales Identify trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition Deliver sales results (volume and revenue) and profit Drive effective channel strategies and range strategies to maximize and optimize profitably, and reduce variability in line with market goals Work with internal team to make integrated business plans for growth of Key account MT Input and build up pricing strategy, maximizing profit whilst hitting the appropriate local price across a wide range of SKUs. Account Partnerships Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key accounts MT Build network with key account - modern trade customers Lead complex customer negotiations Manage multi-channel issues to maximize profit Build appropriate channel differentiation strategies Legal compliance Ensure contract implementation is adhered to and terms are observed Ensure compliance with competition and bribery guidelines Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field. Minimum 2 years sales experience required; some of which must be with a strong consumer brand. Experience of creating change, challenging the status quo, establishing a product category or brand with entrepreneurial spirit.
