Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive with a focus on Modern Trade. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, particularly in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Stores. The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience who can work independently, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth within the modern trade segment.Responsibilities:1. Key Account Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Modern Trade sector, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Stores.
• Execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to key accounts.

3. Market Analysis and Research:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Modern Trade segment.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the hypermarket, supermarket, and convenience store space.

4. Independence and Initiative:

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively manage day-to-day activities.
• Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall account performance.

5. Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to key accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.

Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in key account management, specifically within the Modern Trade sector.

• Strong understanding of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Store operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of account management responsibilities.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
