Job Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Study/International Business or have 1-2 years experience freight forwarding/logistics industry
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin is added advantage (able to communicate easily with overseas agent)
Adaptable to perform indoors or outdoors sales
Possess own transport (Car) and no travel issue
Eager to learn and able to work under pressure
Able to comprehend and execute with innovation to company direction
s:
To ensure Key Account Customers are retained with the prospect for further business opportunities developed
Ensure email responses ae executed in a timely manner
Ensure shipping / transportation activities are in compliance with legal statutory
To assist CS operations in coordinating air/ocean/trucking shipments, if required
Coordinating with the business development manager to follow-up on all sales leads
Ensure local support to global network partners in an effort to develop more business opportunities
Attend to customer service failures and complaints promptly and efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
