Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with a fast growing Martech organization that focuses on augmented reality solutions. The client is looking for a Project Manage/KAM to help them in managing their key client accounts. The work setup for this role will be fully remote.
:

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the organization.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email or online meeting.
• Maintain and upkeep client records within the organization's CRM.
• Record, manage and negotiate any change in project scope with clients.
• Arrange and lead project planning meetings with internal teams.
• Ensuring technical feasibility of proposed designs through discussion with development team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage and be responsible for the project timeline and task assignments through Asana.
• Ensure completion of projects within agreed budgets and timelines.

• At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Key Account Management positions within Digital Marketing Sector.
• Able to speak and write fluent English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communicator and can connect easily both internally as well as externally on multiple levels.
• Have solid knowledge in digital marketing industry and social media agency.
• Familiar with Asana project management tool.
• Experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
• Strong attention to details and great organization skills.
