Accenture is currently recruiting for a Senior to drive the roll out of digital marketing advertising solution to Great China markets. We are partnering with Client to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Other benefits include a competitive and highly rewarding variable sales performance bonus scheme.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manages a high number of important Digital Marketing Agency relationships focused on supporting and scaling existing advertisers within the book.\xc2\xb7 Good Understand of Performance marketing and how to sell solutions to sophisticated buyers\xc2\xb7 Salesmanship \xe2\x80\x93 esp Technical \xe2\x80\x93 Positioning value propositions, objection handling etc\xc2\xb7 Afficnity to and understanding on of Chinese market / Advertisers\xc2\xb7 Typically owns important projects with Team Lead/Ops Lead oversight \xe2\x80\x93 usually cross program influence\xc2\xb7 Can work independently with low amount of intervention/guidance when working on projects\xc2\xb7 Typically deputises for Sales Manager in absence (PTO etc)\xc2\xb7 Will typically interact and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business\xc2\xb7 Retain and grow revenue within a strategic book of business or across business function\xc2\xb7 When required, operate across multiple markets sharing information and driving consistency\xc2\xb7 Gain an understanding of our partners\xe2\x80\x99 business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns\xc2\xb7 Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and existing accounts when applicable\xc2\xb7 Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partnersQualifications and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Typically should have 3 years or more years experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) and 3 years experience in a sales or account management role\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge of digital marketing solutions\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing\xc2\xb7 Native level language fluency in the market to which assigned\xc2\xb7 Experienced in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools\xc2\xb7 Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomesAbout AccentureAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services\xe2\x80\x94creating tangible value at speed and scale.
