Job Description

Responsible for planning, development, and execution of eCommerce sales strategies. Maximize sales and profitability through various eCommerce channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end process of eCommerce including budget management, strategy planning and execution.
• Grow sales revenue and market share through eCommerce channels.
• Be a change agent internally, leading changes in the ever changing digital landscape and be a thought leader in step changing omnichannel in the Company.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on online campaigns and promotions.
• Support in driving Company\'s brand\'s performance in online marketplaces.
• Monitor eCommerce performance, conduct data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce performance, generate regular reports to provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviours, and website performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance eCommerce capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding and interest in e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High work capacity and team-oriented.
• Innovative, action-oriented, persistent and a change driver.
• Passion in the beer industry.
