Job Description

Responsible for planning, development, and execution of eCommerce sales strategies. Maximize sales and profitability through various eCommerce channels. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end process of eCommerce including budget management, strategy planning and execution. Grow sales revenue and market share through eCommerce channels. Be a change agent internally, leading changes in the ever changing digital landscape and be a thought leader in step changing omnichannel in the Company. Collaborate with Marketing team on online campaigns and promotions. Support in driving Company\'s brand\'s performance in online marketplaces. Monitor eCommerce performance, conduct data analysis and reporting. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce performance, generate regular reports to provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviours, and website performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies for growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance eCommerce capabilities. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in FMCG industry. Strong understanding and interest in e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. High work capacity and team-oriented. Innovative, action-oriented, persistent and a change driver. Passion in the beer industry.
