Account Management - directly manage key accounts including local and global hotel chains. Develop strong relationship with hotel partners by providing valuable business insights, implementing strategies and driving revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities - including acquiring new hotel partners, initiating campaigns & securing strategic partnerships
Develop a strategic execution plan to onboard local and global hotel chains and necessary channel manager
Identify relevant market data and research resources to gather industry benchmarking, emerging trends, technologies and key partners in ASEAN and beyond
Collaborate with cross-functional team (Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal & Finance) in effectively executing campaigns & growth initiatives
Perform ad-hoc operational duties & special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development or Key Account Manager in the hotel industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
