Consistently pitch suitable events, projects, or campaigns for our participation to contribute for the Brand Development, Brand Building and Content Marketing. Collaborate with various internal and external cooperation partners to ensure marketing campaigns can run smoothly and achieve ROI. Build positive relationships with journalists and professionals in the media and entertainment industry such as KOL bookers, publicists, photo agencies etc. Develop relevant marketing strategies in building sustainable KOL\'s image. Organise, negotiate, and manage contracts with external parties. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant field. At least 2 years of work experiences in managing KOLs. Successful track record of pitching relevant project for KOLs. Experienced in developing, implementing, and evaluating proactive media and marketing strategies. Strong sense and able to develop news stories from scratch and respond to reactive media opportunities. Demonstrable experience of working strategically, identifying opportunities for KOLs to support organisation-wide marketing strategies. Experienced in planning and managing marketing events. Experienced in using social media channels as part of KOLs engagement and PR campaigns. Effectively work within the relevant budgets including forecasting, setting, monitoring, and reporting. Having prior regional marketing exposures shall be advantageous. Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Proficient in other languages such as Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai and etc (both written and spoken) shall be advantageous.
